Acceptance

By using InkKit you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

InkKit is a workspace for tattoo artists with AI-assisted tools for concepts, references, stencils, and asset management. Outputs are produced by machine learning systems and third-party AI providers.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your content

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a licence to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to anything you submit.

AI-generated content

AI outputs are provided “as is”. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before professional or commercial use. Third-party AI terms may also apply.

Billing

Paid plans renew as described at purchase. You may cancel; access continues until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including unlawful use, infringing others’ rights, attempting to break security or limits, sharing accounts, or generating content that violates our policies or applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account in settings. On termination, data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InkKit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim, where applicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Courts in Oslo, Norway, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
