Overview
InkKit ("we", "our", "us") operates the InkKit platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Data We Collect
Account information
When you register, we collect your email address and display name. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor Stripe collects your payment information — we do not store full card numbers.
Content you create
We store the projects, artist configurations, assets, and AI-generated content you create. Uploaded images are stored in secure cloud storage.
Usage and technical data
We collect usage signals needed to run the product (for example feature usage and generation counts for billing), and technical data such as browser type and device information when you access the service.
How we use your data
- To provide, maintain, and improve InkKit
- To run AI generation using your configurations and project context
- To manage subscription and billing, and enforce plan limits
- To communicate service and security notices
- To protect the platform against abuse
Data sharing
We share data with processors that help us run the service, including Supabase (database and authentication), OpenAI (AI generation), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your personal data. Content you send to AI providers is processed under their policies as well as ours.
Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data, projects, assets, and generated content are removed on the schedule described in-product; some anonymised statistics may be retained.
Your rights (GDPR)
Where applicable you may have rights to access, portability, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection. Use in-app account tools where available, or contact us at post@inkkit.io.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. See our Cookie Policy.
Security
We use TLS in transit, strict access controls for production systems, and database policies designed to keep tenant data isolated.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
